The April Women’s Business Council luncheon program will feature Human Resource specialist Carol Nelson. She will share with the group the “10 Most Common HR Errors.”
The luncheon meeting will be Monday, April 14 at the Warehouse Restaurant, 320 West Center Street, Marion. The program is slated to start with networking at 11:30 a.m.
Carol has more than 25 years in human resource management, both in a corporate HR management role and as a consultant. She was an associate and managing consultant with the Columbus, Ohio office of William H. Mercer, Inc., an international consulting firm specializing in employment issues. Her areas of expertise embrace compensation programs, including job evaluation, salary structure design, performance management, criterion-based performance appraisal, time off programs, and policy development.
