Stephen E. Hogg Jr., a prominent person in the Marion Baseball For Youth program, was ordered to stay away from children after he pleaded guilty to trafficking and possession of marijuana.
Hogg, 47, made the plea before being sentenced to 180 days in jail plus three years of probation.
Hogg Jr. will be allowed to work during the morning and early afternoon hours at the baseball fields and facilities and at the Steve Hogg Rec Center while kids are not present. He must leave before kids arrive to play games.
Hogg was also fined $15,000 after police with the MARMET Drug Task Force served a search warrant on his home and found 15 pounds of marijuana.
