The Marion Public Library will be hosting an event of fun and activities for the tweens – youths aged 8-12. The event will take place Friday afternoon at 4 PM.

The library is also hosting a poetry contest for teens. The “Express Yourself With Poetry” contest is for teens in grades 6th-12th. The deadline to submit an original poem is Saturday.

Rules and entry forms are available at the library. Winners will receive gift certificates.
