Ridgedale senior Cade Weston is the Marion county recipient of the 19th annual Franklin B. Walter Scholastic award, sponsored by the Ohio Educational Service Center Association.
Weston, the son of Dan and Marilyn Weston, received a cash award from the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, and a plaque during an awards luncheon in Lewis Center on Wednesday.
The award is given to an outstanding student from each of Ohio’s 88 counties.
