The Marion City Police Department arrested a man Wednesday evening after they say he fired shots at a relative.
Donald N. McDonald, 27, was arrested in the 700 block of Catalina Drive around 11:40 PM after police received reports of shots being fired.
Police learned McDonald allegedly shot at a family member with an AK-47 semi automatic rifle, which police recovered.
No one was injured in the incident.
McDonald was arrested on charge of theft, aggravated menacing, and pointing and discharging a firearm.
