Patricia Owens has been selected as Republican of the Month for April by the Marion County GOP Central and Executive Committee.
A graduate of Harding High School and Bowling Green State University, she is a retired teacher in the Marion City School System after 30 years of service.
Active in the community, she volunteers at Marion General Hospital and Heritage Hall, and she is a Buckeye Backer volunteer at Ohio State University, Marion. She is a volunteer and board member for Mobile Meals.
Owens is a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church a member of the Marion County Republican Club, the Women's Republican Club, a member of the GOP Central and Executive Committee and a Fifth Ward Precinct Committeeman.
