The Republican candidate for the Marion County Treasurer's position in the November 4th election, she will host the 5-7 p.m. event at the Marion Country Club, 2415 Crissinger Rd.

Additionally, during the evening, Mumper will auction off two tickets to the Ohio State-Penn State football game to be held at Ohio Stadium October 25th at 8 p.m.
