The United States Army will celebrate its 233rd birthday locally with a ceremony at City Hall.
Mayor Scott Schertzer will issue a proclamation on June 9th at 10 AM.
The First Continental Congress established the US Army on June 14th, 1775.
Proclamations are being issued from several Ohio cities and across the country in celebration of US Army Week from June 14th through June 20th.
