The Marion County Big Brothers/Big Sisters are trying to help their Cedar Rapids agency following heavy flooding of the Mississippi.
The organization is collecting $10 gift cards locally to ship to Cedar Rapids to assist in unmet needs.
Those interested in contributing a card or donating money for a car can call 386-6008.
The cards are expected to be shipped at the end of this week.
The cards’ usage will be overseen by Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
