Two men are in jail Thursday after officers with MARMET say they witnessed a drug deal. Officers were conducting surveillance when they made the bust in the 300 block of South Prospect Street.
Michael L. Griffith Jr., 23, was arrested on charges of trafficking in marijuana, possession, and tampering with evidence.
His father, Michael L. Griffith Sr., 46, was arrested on a non-support warrant.
Police say they seized $3,300 in cash and 3.7 pounds of marijuana, with an estimated street value of $6,000.
Authorities expect more arrests from the incident.
