A popular fast-food restaurant has announced its pending arrival in Marion. SONIC is expected to open by mid-August on McMahon Boulevard.
The drive-in style SONIC will be part of a franchise owned by Fore Foods LLC, which recently opened up a SONIC in the Polaris area.
It is expected to employ 75-80 people.
Hours of operation will be 6 AM to Midnight during the summer and 6 AM to 11 PM during the fall and winter.
