Real estate tax escrow payment coupon books were mailed on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2008.

The escrow program allows taxpayers to prepay their residential real estate taxes and/or their manufactured home taxes in budgeted monthly payments, according to Deputy Treasurer Jan Draper.

The first payment coupon is for August but the treasurer’s office is able to adjust payments for start dates in September, October, and November.

If you would like to participate in the program, or have not received your coupon book, contact the Treasurer’s Office at 223-4030 during normal business hours of 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.
