The Alber Enterprise Center at The Ohio State University at Marion will be offering a 21st Century Supervisor training to be held on the campus every Friday, September 4 thru December 18, 2009 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Supervisors will be engaged in topics including Roles, Rules & Responsibilities of the Supervisor, Orientation and Development of Staff, Motivation and Morale, Handling Conflict, Confrontations and Disagreements, Strategies and Tactics to prepare for the Future Demands of the Workplace, Workforce and Customer Expectations. These are just a few of the topics that will be covered during the training sessions.
