The 159th Marion County Fair will start on Monday to the general public.

There will be a whole week of events, culminating on July 4th.

Monday will feature motocross racing at 5:30 PM and followed by harness racing at 6:30.

The horses return to the track at noon on Tuesday with the popular tough truck at 7:30 PM.

Wednesday’s featured grandstand entertainment is the NTPA Tractor Pull at 7:30 PM.  A kid’s pedal tractor pull will be held earlier at 3 PM.

On Thursday, cowboys take to the pits with the rodeo at 7:30. 

The Demolition Derby will be held Friday at 7:30 PM with demolition derby football on Saturday at 7:30.

The annual fireworks display will be held Saturday at 10 PM.

The cost of the fair this year is $6.00 for patrons 11 years and older.  Grandstand tickets are an additional $3 with pit passes at $8.
