“Ask a Healthcare Specialist” is the name of a FREE health clinic to be held at the Marion Center Mall on October 29th, from 10am-2pm. The clinic is open to the public and healthcare specialists will be on hand to check blood pressure, oxygen levels and answer home health-related questions.
“Home health services are becoming more and more important and this is a great chance for people to learn more about what services are available to them”, states Pam Cudd of Signature Home Health Services, who is one of the organizers for the clinic. “We are able to talk one-on-one with people so they can receive valuable information that will help them with health issues.”
The featured healthcare specialists will be a representative from the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program to answer questions regarding Medicare and supplemental health insurance.
Participating organizations include: Signature Health Services, River Rock Physical Therapy, Lincare Home Respiratory, The Council on Aging, The Veteran’s Association (VA), Sterling House, Peltier Chiropractic and Visiting Physicians.
