Effective Monday, November 30, 2009 the Marion County Health Department (MCHD)
Environmental Health Division will be relocated to the 3rd floor of the Marion City Hall Building at 233 W. Center Street in Marion.
The services provided by the Environmental Health Division include issuing permits and licenses, inspections, nuisance complaints and plumbing inspections.
The MCHD Environmental Health Division will continue to have walk-in Customer Service hours of 8:00am-12:00pm until January 1, 2010.
The new telephone number for the MCHD Environmental Health Division will be 387-2875 while the new number for the Plumbing Division of the Marion County Health Department will be 387-5216. The fax number for all MCHD Environmental Health Services will be 383-2251.
Although the physical location will be in the City Hall building, the MCHD Environmental Health Services mailing address will be the Marion County Health Department, 98 McKinley Park Blvd., Marion, Ohio 43302. All employee email addresses will remain the same.
