Survived By: Delbert's son survives him along with two daughters, seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one foster daughter, and special nieces: Jane (Uncapher) Basel and Jean (Uncapher) Dreyer. His wife: Bonnie (Wasserbeck) Lichtenberger preceded him in death along with his parents and one sister.
Funeral Services: Denzer-Farison-Hottinger and Snyder Funeral Home, in Marion, is handling the arrangements. A service of celebration of Delbert's life will be held Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, with Pastor Carol Ramseth officiating. Friends may call Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Endowment Fund, 4535 Smeltzer Road, Marion, Ohio 43302, or the Pleasant Athletic Booster Club, 1101 Owens Road West, Marion, Ohio 43302.
