Survived By: Lucille's husband: R. H. "Squirrelly" Cowgill survives her along with one son, one daughter, one brother, one sister, 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and special friends: Dave, Bert and J. R. Mohler. Her son-in-law preceded her in death along with one brother and two sisters.
Funeral Services: Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, in Richwood, is handling the arrangements. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 10th, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Barry Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Price Cemetery. Friends may call Friday, May 9th, 2008 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to REAP, 235 Grove Street, Richwood, Ohio 43344.
