MLB Tryouts Scheduled For Mt. Vernon

Men between the ages of 16-22 with a dream of playing in
the Major Leagues are invited to a tryout camp for the Kansas City Royals next
Saturday in Mt. Vernon. Registration cards will be handed out starting at 9 AM
at Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. Tryouts will begin at 10. American Legion players must have written permission
from their post commanders. All players must bring their own equipment. Shorts
