Browns Pummeled By Former Browns

The Ravens dominated from start to finish Sunday, beating the Browns 34-3.

Willis McGahee had a pair of first-half touchdown runs, and Joe Flacco capped an efficient day with a 72-yard fourth-quarter touchdown pass on a bomb to Derrick Mason.

Flacco was 25-of-35 for 342 yards. Mason caught 5 passes for 118.

It was 20-0 at halftime. Ray Rice's first NFL touchdown, a 9-yard run off the right side, made it 27-0 with 7:32 left in the third.

The Browns got on the board on the first play of the fourth quarter on a 29-yard field goal by newly-signed kicker Billy Cundiff.

The Browns drove 66 yards in 13 plays with help of a 22-yard third down pass from Derek Anderson to Mike Furrey and a 25-yard pass interference penalty on Ed Reed, who collided with Joshua Cribbs on a deep pass over the middle.

Anderson started the second half at quarterback for the Browns. He completed his first two passes before being intercepted by Brendon Ayanbadejo, and four plays later Rice scored.

Anderson was intercepted by Dawan Landry and Ed Reed in the fourth quarter.

The Ravens got started on the game's first drive when Dominique Foxworth jumped a route on third down and intercepted Brady Quinn's pass. Foxworth lateraled to Ray Lewis, who got the final 9 yards to the Browns' 31.

The Ravens converted a fourth down on a sneak by Flacco, and on the next play McGahee went in untouched from 7 yards out for the game's first score.

Flacco was 18-of-23 for 202 yards in the first half. Mason made his 800th career reception in the second quarter.

Harrison had 10 carries for 40 yards in the first half, including a 17-yarder early in the second quarter that's the Browns' longest run of the season.

Harrison finished with 16 rushes for52 yards and 5 catches for 33. Mike Furrey had 4 catches for 40 yards including a 22-yarder on the scoring drive.
