Several area athletes finished in the top ten at the
State Championship Track and Field meet.
That group was led by River Valley's Zach Lathrop who
finished second in the Division II 800-meter run.
Elgin's Kayla Mohr finished sixth in the Division II
girls' 3200-meter run.
Lathrop's teammate, Austin Levering, also finished
second in the discus throw.
Lady Viking Erin Baldinger placed tenth in the girls
pole vault.
