42 Street Children’s Auditions at the Marion Palace Theatre

On Saturday, May 17th, the Marion Palace Theatre will host the children’s auditions for the 42nd Street musical from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. Participants should enter through the lobby doors where they will register and receive instructions for the process. Children ages 8 to 13 will need no prior preparation. For more information, call 740-383-2101. Teens and adults who are interested in lead or secondary roles should come with a prepared piece of sheet music about two minutes in length and be prepared to read lines. An accompanist will be provided. Teens and adults should also be prepared to learn dance steps not necessarily tap. All those auditioning should come dressed comfortably to accommodate movement and dancing. For more information, call 740-383-2101.
