“If my disciples would keep silent, even the stones would cry out!”

Today there are many efforts made by men to discredit the work and power of Jesus Christ. We often ignore the fact that much of what the Bible says will happen already happened. The truth of the matter is that Jesus Christ was the most powerful human being who ever walked on the earth.

Jesus and science

Jesus in chemistry, he turned water into wine.

In biology, he was born without the normal conception.

In physics, he disproved the law of gravity when he ascended into heaven.

In economics, he disproved the law of diminishing returns by feeding 5,000 men with two fishes and five loaves of bread.

In medicine, he cured the sick and the blind, without administering a single dose of drugs.

In history, he is the beginning and the end.

In government, He said that he shall be called Wonderful counselor, Prince of peace.

In religion, he said no one comes to the Father except through Him

Jesus had no servants, yet they called him Master, had no degree, yet they called Him teacher; had no medicines, yet they called Him healer.

He had no armies, yet rulers feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today.

I feel honored to serve such a leader who loves us! Join with me and let’s celebrate Him; He is worthy. The eyes beholding this message shall not behold evil. The person sharing this message with others shall not labor in vain, and the mouth saying amen to Jesus as resurrected Savior, shall smile forever.

Jesus is triumphant now and forever

No matter what people of differing religions try to do, they will fail. The Bible makes it clear in Luke 19:39; “Some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd, ‘Teacher, rebuke your disciples.’ But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.”

Stones are inanimate objects. They have no vocal cords. Yet, I it was needed, God could and would make the stones cry out. The disciples were crying out about all the mighty works they had seen in the company of Jesus. They came saying:

“ ‘Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! (Psalm 118:26)

Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!’ ”

What Jesus said about His return

Someone irreverently said on a bumper sticker; “Jesus is coming again and He is mad as heck!” But what Jesus said about His return, to John on Patmos, is different. He said; “Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book (Revelation 1:3. 3:11). And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.

I Jesus have sent My angel to testify to you these things to the churches, I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star, (Revelation 1:1, Numbers 24:17).

Surely I am coming quickly,” (Revelation 22:20 NKJV).

When He comes, darkness flees. Keeping the word of God and the testimony of Jesus is the key to overcoming, But God deals justly with the fruit of our lives. It is up to us to produce good fruit.

The only source of eternal life

The water of life will come from the throne because God and the Lamb are the source of eternal life (John 4:13,14).

The solution to the love that tempts us in the world

The solution to the love of the world is to have a greater love for the Father (1 John 2:15). The Christian who seeks daily to please God in everything and who strives for spiritual growth through prayer, study of God’s Word and witnessing need not fall prey to the temptation of the world.

Let this season of God be a time of change in your life. Let God have His rightful place through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

INSPIRATION: “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him,” (Romans 12:2).
