Bethlehem Dance Performing “The Three Little Pigs”

Filed Under:

Bethlehem Dance Education & Ministry Arts is holding their 5th annual community presentation. This year the program is “The Three Little Pigs” and will be held Friday and Saturday, May 27 and 28, at 7:00pm at Cornerstone Alliance Church in Marion.

This three little pig’s story is different from that normally told. After the wolf is fired from Porky’s Garage owned by the three pigs, he is left to face the world by himself. Never venturing far from the Garage before, he discovers the world is a strange place, with odd characters and people who were too quick to pass judgment on him. As events unfold, the wolf is laughed at, mocked, rejected and accused of attempted murder. Scared and confused the wolf realizes that he had a need but is unsure what it was, leaving him feeling very angry and alone. Finally his eyes are opened to the revelation that he needs Christ in his life because even though others rejected him, Christ would not. This gives him the strength to go face the three little pigs.
