Man Wanted for Failure to Appear on Domestic Violence Charge

The Marion Police Department is seeking Timothy L. Smith. He is a 25-year-old white male with brown hair and blue eyes. Smith is 6-feet 1-inches tall and weighs 180 lbs. His last known address was 149 Latourette Street.

Smith has a warrant for failing to appear on a charge of Domestic Violence. This arose out of an incident where Smith reportedly held a knife to his father’s throat.
