Alzheimer’s Association Presents “Healthy Brain” Program
On Tuesday, January 31 the Alzheimer’s Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter will be offering a program titled “Lifestyle for a Healthy Brain,” at Kettle Run, 1780 Whetstone Street, Bucyrus from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Research shows that healthy lifestyle habits, such as being physically and mentally active, eating a healthy diet, and staying socially involved contribute to healthier aging, and may also decrease the risk for Alzheimer’s disease. This program will focus on simple lifestyle modifications that can have a positive impact on your health.
