Weapons Stolen from Marion Business

The Marion Police Department is investigating a break-in at Dunham’s Sports that took place early Thursday morning. During the burglary, police say that four WASR assault-style rifles were stolen.

Officers responded to the alarm at 1:29 am Thursday. When they arrived at Dunham’s, 1296 Mt. Vernon Avenue, they discovered a forced entry into the building.

Police are continuing to investigate and ask that if anyone has information regarding this break-in, you are urged to contact the Marion Police Department at 740-387-2525 or the TIPS Line at 740-375-TIPS (8477).
