Heart Healthy Eating Class Offered at Marion General

Marion General Hospital’s registered dietitians want you to learn how to become heart healthy by learning how to eat healthy. To do this, they have developed a class that helps with grocery shopping, reading labels, making healthier food choices, and learning how to prepare foods in a healthy manner.

This free class is slated for 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 8, and will be held in the Marion room on the ground floor of the hospital.

Pre-registration is required by calling central scheduling at (740) 383-8484. Healthy snacks will be provided.
