Update – The Sheriff’s Office reports they have arrested Gamble.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance in locating a wanted registered sex offender. Gary Lee Gamble, age 36, last registered address of 915 Bennett Street Marion, Ohio has failed to register as a sex offender.
The Sheriff’s Office says Gamble has moved from his last registered address on Bennett Street and failed to report his new address. Gamble was due to register with the sheriff’s office in September of 2013 , but they say he failed to do so at that time as well.
Investigators say he has been seen in the Blaine Avenue area and may still be in that area. Gamble is a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, around 270 lbs at the time he last registered in 2012.
Gamble has a fifth degree felony warrant for Failure to Register and also a misdemeanor warrant for a failure to appear on a theft charge.
