Do you want a job where you get to help people? The Marion Family YMCA is offering an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Class. This class will teach you the necessary skills to gain employment as a lifeguard.
To become certified, you must attend all course sessions, participate fully, and pass all physical tests and evaluations with a grade of at least 80%. Refunds will not be given to those who do not pass or participate. Classes without at least 6 class members may be cancelled. The class is limited to 10 participants.
The days are Tuesday – Thursday, May 31-June 2, 2016 and Monday-Wednesday, June 6-8, 2016. The cost is $250 for members and $275 for non-members.
