Savilla L. “Sue” Malys, 93, of Marion, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014, at 6:25 p.m. in the Marion Pointe Care Facility.
She was born in Butler, PA. on July 4, 1921.
Sue married Marion S. “Slim” Malys Sr. in Oil City, PA. on October 23, 1947 and he preceded her in death on October 25, 1993 in Marion, OH.
She was a member of the Oakland United Methodist Church, Marion and a lifelong homemaker.
Sue is survived by 2 sons; Pat (Nancy) Malys of Marion, OH. and Mike (Linda) Malys of Pinon, N. Mexico, along with numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son; Buddy Henderson, and a daughter; Tanya Kightlinger.
No visiting hours will be observed. A graveside service will be held in the Marion Cemetery on Monday, September 29, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rafael Velazco officiating.
