Marsha K. Conway, 60, of Marion

Marsha K. ConwayMarsha K. Conway, age 60 of Marion passed away on Wednesday evening surrounded by her loving family at Heartland of Marion.

Marsha was born in Marion on July 16, 1954, the daughter of William D. and Natalie V. (Hartley) Rhoades. She graduated from Ridgedale High School in the class of 1972.

On February 23, 1974 Marsha was united in marriage to Jim J. Conway in Marion. Together they have shared 41 years of marriage.

Marsha was a very accomplished and highly honored Real Estate agent. She impacted the lives of countess people that she helped and worked with over the years.

Marsha adored her family. She was many things to many people and gave of herself freely to those she loved. She always looked forward to vacations in Hilton Head. She enjoyed her times with her card club, and amazingly enough the club was able to play without any cards at all.

She is survived by her devoted husband Jim J. Conway; her beloved children: Matt Conway, Kevin (Lesley) Conway and Josh (Stephanie) Conway; her loving grandchildren: Brody and Ryan Conway; parents: William and Natalie Rhoades; siblings: Mike (Vickie) Rhoades, Pam (Clyde) Ebert, Pat (Bob)Wilkinson, Sandy (Phil) Bowling and Gail (Steve) Kidwell; mother-in-law Donna Conway; siblings-in-law: Pat (Jerry) Park, Cathy (Tom) Foliano, Tom Conway and Chris Conway.

Marsha is preceded in death by her brother Steve Rhoades and her father-in-law Harold Conway.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 241 South Prospect St., Marion from 3PM to 7PM; Funeral services will be at the church on Monday at 10:30AM; Burial will be in Grand Prairie Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the James Cancer Center or the Marion General Hospital Hospice.
