Beatrice Norine Borger, age 98, of Marion passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, in the Genesis Presidential Center at 2:20 PM.
She was born on August 5, 1917 in Leipsic, Ohio to Ford and Maver (Baker) Warren.
Beatrice married Walter Owen Borger in Findlay, Ohio on January 1, 1955 and he preceded her in death on November 16, 1989 in Marion, Ohio.
She was a member of the Central Christian Church and P.E.R.S. Beatrice was employed with the Marion City Schools as a cook at Fairpark Elementary School for 25 years before retiring in 1982.
She is survived by two sons; Larry Fisher of Findlay, OH. and Mark (Kay) Borger of York, PA., a daughter; Jayne Volk of Columbus, OH., two brothers; Robert (Donna) Warren of San Jose, CA. and Ford (Vesta) Warren of Findlay, OH., a sister; Jane (Richard) Brandt of Liepsic, OH., 13 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren with two more on the way. There are also numerous nieces & nephews.
Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 34 years; Walter, three sons; Glen, Donald, & Dennis Fisher, and seven brothers.
Friends may call at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home today, Thursday, October 29, 2015, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Chaplin Pamela Lamb-Hart will conduct the funeral service on Friday at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in the Knollcrest Cemetery, Arcadia, OH. at 1:30 PM Friday.
