Physicians Join Marion General Hospital Medical Staff

Hema L. Pandrangi, M.D., interventional cardiology, has joined the medical staff of Marion General Hospital. Dr. Pandrangi received her medical degree from Andhra Medical College, India. She completed her internship at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, and residency was completed at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Pandrangi completed a Fellowship in interventional cardiology at SUNY Health Science Center, Stony Brook, New York.

Dr. Pandrangi is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease; the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology; the National Board of Echocardiography in Adult Transthoracic and TEE, and Examination of Special Circumstances in Adult Echocardiography.

Her practice will provide all aspects of interventional cardiology, including general cardiovascular care and diagnostic heart catheterizations, acute coronary syndromes, peripheral vascular disease, peripheral angioplasty, and peripheral vascular disease. Arthur L. Kumpf, M.D., plastic and reconstructive surgery, has joined the medical staff of Marion General Hospital.

Dr. Kumpf received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, Columbus, Ohio. He completed his internship and residency at Saint Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri. A Fellowship in plastic surgery was completed at St. Louis University Hospital.

Joseph C. Benedetto, DO, FACOS, has joined the medical staff of Marion General Hospital, and the practice of Dr. S. Prasad Ravi.

Dr. Benedetto received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine, Stratford, New Jersey. He completed his internship at Kennedy Memorial Hospitals, Stratford, New Jersey. Dr. Benedetto is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.
