Mothers can have all the pancakes they want for free at St. Mary Church on Sunday. The church’s LifeTeen youth ministry is hosting their monthly all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast on May 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Pancakes with a variety of toppings, sausage, juice, coffee and milk will be available in Moria Hall, the basement of the church. In honor of Mothers’ Day, all mothers will receive a complimentary breakfast; otherwise, tickets are $4 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. The family maximum cost is $15.
The event is a fund raiser for St. Mary’s LifeTeen youth ministry. LifeTeen provides fellowship and religious education for the parish’s high school students in grades 9-12. Proceeds from the pancake breakfast support the teens attending Franciscan University of Steubenville’s Summer Youth Conference June 24-26.
Additional information on the breakfast or the LifeTeen youth ministry is available by contacting Lori Stevenson, coordinator of youth ministry, at 387-6225.
