Susie Williams, president of the Harding chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals announced that Tanya Baughman has passed the Certified Administrative Professional exam. Earning the CAP rating is the most prestigious designation offered to secretaries/administrative professionals.
The achievement of this rating is both a validation of current skills and a commitment to a life-long learning process. Like every professional, it takes a combination of education, experience, and commitment to become an administrative professional. Certification is a way to validate that professionalism.
