George Allen Davis age 90 , World War II Veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps passed away peacefully at home in Cantonment FL on May 23, 2014 after a long battle with cancer.
He was pre-deceased by wives Janet Keaton and Buelah Wingo of Ohio and son Michael Davis of Florida. He is survived by daughter’s Linda (Larry) Hall of Ohio, Jerry Davis of Ohio, Timothy Davis of Florida, Jennifer Sonneman (Dave) of Indiana, Jeff Pelphrey (Mary)of Arkansas, Benny Pelphrey (Denise) of Texas, Tammy Williams (Dale) of Ohio and loving companion Dorothy Parkerson and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 AM Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Northridge Church. The family will receive friends for one hour prior the the service. Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
