Police Investigating Drive Thru Robbery

The Marion Police Department is investigating a robbery at Jack's Drive Thru, 412 West Center Street, that occurred on Tuesday evening.

Police responded to the scene at 10:30pm Tuesday and say a suspect entered the business with a hand gun and committed an armed robbery. The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen running north across Owens Street in the area of the park.

The suspect is described as a younger white male in his late teens or early twenties. He was wearing a black hoodie with a red shirt underneath and a ski mask. He is approximately 5'4" with a skinny build.

Police are asking anyone with information on the robbery to call them at 387-2525 or the TIPS line at 740-375-TIPS(8477).
