Ohio State University Extension, Marion County will be presenting "Dining with Diabetes." This 3 session program is for you if have diabetes yourself, are living with or have family members with diabetes or are interested in learning new, healthy recipes.
Each class will include an educational session, food demonstration, sampling, handouts and recipes.
The class dates are October 19, 21 and 26. The sessions will be from 5:30-7:30 and will be held at the Ohio State University at Marion.
The cost is $15/person or$25/couple.
