Palace Theatre Showing “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days”

The Marion Palace Theatre will show the comedy family film “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days” on September 14, 15, and 16.

The movie is based on the phenomenally successful book series.  The storyline is about “Wimpy Kid” Greg Heffley, who during his summer vacation, hatches a plan to pretend he has a job at a ritzy country club–which fails to keep him away from the season’s dog days, including embarrassing mishaps at a public pool and a camping trip that goes horribly wrong. Stars  Zachary Gordon, Robert Capron, Devon Bostick, Rachael Harris, and Steve Zahn.  Rated PG for rude humor.

“Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days” will play at the Marion Palace Theatre Friday, September 14 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, September 15 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, September 16 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $4/Adults, $3/Seniors (62 & over), $2/Children (12 and under).
