Erma “Jeanne” Martin, age 85, of Marion passed away early Thursday morning at Marion General Hospital.
She was born on November 19, 1926 to John and Arilla (Burggraf) Roth.
Erma was married to Clifford Martin who preceded her in death in 1973.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers; Merle and Larry.
Jeanne had worked as a Deputy Clerk at the Marion County Recorder’s Office and was retired.
Surviving are her two sons; Gary Martin of Prospect and Phillip Martin of Columbus, her sister; Marge Jones of Green Camp, her brother; Fred Roth of Marion, 5 grand-children and 2 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 1:00 PM at the Marion Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled for her family by the Hughes-Allen Funeral Home.
