Marcella Jo King, age 77, of Marion, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Marion Manor Nursing Home.
She was born October 9, 1933 in Bear Town, KY., to the late Charles and Ethel (Roe) Stone.
On June 3, 1952 in Grayson, KY., she married James C. King, he preceded her in death on June 2, 2003.
Marcella was employed at Smith Clinic as a L.P.N. for 12 years and was a member of Marion Enterprise Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Pam (Jeff) Shaffer of Prospect, OH., six grandchildren, Sara Collins, Drew Weddell, John Shaffer, Eric Shaffer, Darrick Shaffer, Jennifer Shaffer, tweleve great grandchildren, three sisters, Flora Ridgeway of Ashland, KY., Jessie Bowling of Denver, CO., Glenna Layne of Olive Hill, KY.
Visitation for Marcella will be Thursday, October 11, 2012 from 6 – 8 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Burial will take place Friday, October 12, 2012 @ 1 PM at Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland, KY.
