The Marion Police Department, with assistance from the U.S. Marshall’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio, arrested two suspects they say are connected to the murder of Allan Brown in Marion.
The arrests of Justin J. Miller and Taylor E. Sherman, both 19 of Marion, took place at about 11:20am on Thursday, November 1, 2012.
Major Randy Caryer says officers are continuing to investigate the case and have numerous people to interview.
Brown was found dead in his home at 1189 East Church Street at approximately 11:15pm on Tuesday, October 30, 2012.
Police did not detail how those arrested were connected to the murder nor have they provided a possible motive.
