Two fundraisers are planned to help raise money for a man battling cancer. John Crampton was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer located in his head and neck over two years ago. Friends have organized a charity auction on Saturday, November 17, 2012 and a charity carwash on Sunday, November 18, 2012. A local pizza shop will also be making a donation for every pizza ordered through November 17.
Both events will be held at 646 North Main Street in Marion.
The auction is from 5:00pm to 8:00pm inside Sisters Pizza. There will be food, 50/50 drawing, and more. All proceeds go to the Crampton family.
On Saturday, all carwashes are $5 and all the money goes to the family, including tips.
If you cannot attend the events, but still wish to make a donation to the family, you can drop it off at Huntington Bank (mention The Johnny Crampton Fund) or call 740-802-1406 or 740-262-6992.
Donations to the auction would also be appreciated and can be dropped off 646 North Main Street.
In addition to the two events, Sisters Pizza will be making a $3 donation to the Crampton family for every medium, 1 topping, pizza purchased through November 17, 2012.
