Ron Hartley, 53, passed away January 15, 2013 at Grant Hospital.
He was born July 27, 1959 to the late Samuel Hartley and Karen Gorenflo.
Ron had two sons, Cody and Colton Hartley, that he always said that he loved more than the universe. And he did. Ron was a member of Post 162 SAL, Moose 889, and VFW 3313. He worked at Whirlpool for many years until he had to take medical retirement.
He is survived by his two sons, Cody and Colton, his mother, Karen (Richard) Krausz, his sister, Pam (Shawn) Anthony, step-sister Cathy Clemons, step-brother Tim Krausz, grandmother, Nellie Gorenflo, many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Hartley, Sr. and his brother Samuel Hartley, Jr.
Calling hours will be Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 3-6 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, January 21, 2013 at 10:30 AM with burial immediately following at Chapel Heights Cemetery.
