New Director Named at Marion County Board of Elections

The Marion County Board of Elections has announced that David K. Little has been appointed to fill the Director position at the Marion County Board of Elections beginning February 4, 2013. He assumes the role as a result of the retirement of Sophie Rogers in December 2012.

Little comes to the Board of Elections after 34 years of service at American Water Company, retiring as President of Ohio American Water.

Little is a Marion area native and graduate of Elgin High School. He is active in the community and currently serves on the boards of boards of the Marion Chapter of the American Red Cross and Bethel Ministries. He has previously served on the boards of the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce and Marion CANDO. Little holds an MBA degree from Tiffin University.

David and his wife, Brenda, are residents of Marion. They have two children, Michelle (Aaron) Ziegler of Marion, and Matt (Kera) Little of Delaware, along with two grandsons, Conner and Logan Ziegler.
