Marguerite R. Neidig age 98 of Kingston Residence Marion passed away Friday, March 8, 2013 at Marion General Hospital. Born June 26, 1914 in Marion to the late C. Roy and Corrine (Bindley) Rice.
Marguerite married Edward J. Neidig February 12, 1934, he passed away May 14, 1993.
She formerly enjoyed her work as a legal secretary.
Marguerite is survived by two sons, Patrick J. (Karen) Neidig of Tampa, Florida, Daniel D. (Barbara) Neidig of Marion, seven grandchildren, Christopher, Daniel, Laura, Julie, Lisa, Edward, Coleen, Twelve great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Edward, two brothers, James B. Rice , C. Roy Rice, and one sister Betty R. Smith.
A Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday March 16, 2013 at St Mary Church with Father David Gwinner officiating. Burial will follow in St Mary’s Cemetery.
