Shirley A Biederman age 75 of Marion, Ohio passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Marion General Hospital.
She was born March 3, 1938 in Hardin County, Ohio to the late Edward and Susie (Sheppard) Poe.
On June 24, 1959 she married Howard Biederman.
Shirley was a member of VFW #7201 and American Legion #584, where she bartended for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Howard Biederman of Marion, Oh., three sons, Jeff Biederman of Marion, Oh., Joe Biederman of Marion, Oh., Mike (Karla) Biederman of Marion, Oh., four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two brothers, Johnie Poe and Butch Poe, six sisters, Dorothy Garvin, Opal Holbruck, Ruby Nickles, Maryann Daniels, Marsha Phillips and Nancy Yokem.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra K. Corbin, brothers and sisters, Lucille, Felix, Bobby, Ester, Kris, Fay and Curtis.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2013 @ 2PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Brugger officiating. Burial will follow at Grand Prairie Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, March 13, 2013 from 1 – 2 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
