Mildred M. (Harris) Lucas age 80 of Marion, Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Partners of Marion.
She was born October 4, 1932 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Charles E. and Mabel (Martin) Harris, she was then adopted by the late Samuel and Liddie Moyer Monk.
Mildred was a resident of Wisconsin for many years, she has been living in Marion for 20 years where she was a member of Abundant Life Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by her children, Kerry E. (Jodi) Cooper of Appleton, Wi., Charles W. (Cindy) Cooper of Vevay, In., Ellen L. (Jim) Robinson of Marion, Oh., Jean A. Meade of Appleton, Wi., Wanda L. (Andy) Williams of Marion, Oh., 19 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, three sisters, Patty Caudill of Marion, Oh., Nancy Smith of Ga., Emma Zorn of Marion, Oh.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Sue Cooper, her brother, Harry Baker Jr., her sister, Mary Baker Terry and her grandson, Allan Joseph Kuntz Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 16, 2013 @ 12 PM at Abundant Life Assembly of God, 2303 Marion Mt.Gilead Rd. with Pastor Doug Ford officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 11 – 12 PM at the church. The Boyd-Born Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for the family.
