Mark Allen Galyk, age 42, of Marion passed away on Tuesday morning, March 19, 2013, at his residence.
He was born on June 9, 1970 in Marion, Ohio to Phillip E. and Alma (Stithem) Galyk.
His mother preceded him in death and his father survives in Bellefontaine, Oh.
Mark graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1988 and was a member of American Legion Post 584. He had been a computer programer for 16 years with Mitchell & Associates.
The life long Marion resident is survived by his father Phillip Galyk, companion; Cindy Kessler, 1 brother; Scott (Tammy) Galyk of Marion, Oh., and 2 nieces; Britani & Emily Galyk.
